PRESS RELEASE: Omaha Symphony brings pop culture’s classical music to the stage in Symphonic Blockbusters

OMAHA, Neb., March 4, 2015- From the “cannon” booms of Tchaikovsky’s 1812 Overture to the soaring strings of Wagner’s Ride of the Valkyries, the Omaha Symphony will present a rousing program of the most popular, exhilarating, and grand orchestral blockbusters in Symphonic Blockbusters, Saturday, March 14, 7:30 p.m., and Sunday, March 15, 2 p.m., at the Holland Performing Arts Center.
