Awards
The League of American Orchestras Volunteer Council awarded a Spotlight
Award to recognize a best practice or specific tactic
within a program that has contributed to its overall success or is a practice
or tactic worthy of highlighting in its own right. For 2021, the Council
Bluffs Guild of the Omaha Symphony was one of only 8 recipients of the Volunteer
Council’s Spotlight Awards for their Bach + Beer virtual fundraising event. The award was accepted at the annual League of American Orchestras conference in Los Angeles, California in June 2022 by former Council Bluffs Guild President Pam Beall-Hill.
