Susan She

Susan she is a guzheng performer, educator, and contracted film music artist for Hollywood Chinese productions. She serves as a Guzheng Instructor and Director of the Chinese Music Department at the Pasadena Conservatory of Music and is a professional member of the American Federation of Musicians (AFM). She has received numerous awards in national and international Chinese music competitions and was honored as an Outstanding Guzheng Educator by the China Nationalities Orchestra Society.

She has collaborated extensively with renowned composer Nathan Wang on film and concert projects, with credits including My Lucky Star, Detective Chinatown, Little Door Gods, and Phoenix Warriors. She performed in LA Opera’s On Gold Mountain in 2022 and later recorded guzheng for Jackie Chan’s The Legend and Detective Chinatown 1900.

Known for her delicate, graceful, and expressive style, her performances have been described as “a ballet at the fingertips.”

苏珊（Susan）是一位古筝演奏家、教育家，也是好莱坞华语影视作品的签约音乐人。她现任帕萨迪纳音乐学院（Pasadena Conservatory of Music）古筝导师及中国音乐系主任，同时也是美国音乐家联合会（American Federation of Musicians，简称AFM）的专业会员。她曾在多项国内外中国音乐赛事中屡获殊荣，并被中国民族管弦乐学会授予“杰出古筝教育家”称号。

她与著名作曲家王宗贤（Nathan Wang）在多部影视作品及音乐会项目中展开了深入合作，参与的作品包括《非常幸运》、《唐人街探案》、《小门神》和《凤凰战士》等。2022年，她参与了洛杉矶歌剧院（LA Opera）剧目《金山之上》（On Gold Mountain）的演出；此后，她还为成龙主演的电影《传说》以及《唐人街探案1900》录制了古筝配乐。

她的演奏风格细腻、优雅且富有表现力，被誉为“指尖上的芭蕾”。
