Kerrig Kelly

Kerrig Kelly, a native of Northwest Arkansas, joined the horn section of the Omaha Symphony Orchestra in 2026. He earned a Bachelor of Music Education from Samford University and is currently pursuing a Master of Music in Horn Performance at Southern Methodist University.

Between degrees, Kerrig taught middle and high school band in the Birmingham, Alabama area while maintaining a large private studio. In addition to his work with the Omaha Symphony, he has performed as a substitute with numerous ensembles, including the Dallas Symphony Orchestra, Alabama Symphony Orchestra, and Columbus Symphony Orchestra.

During the summers, Kerrig frequently performs in the pit for professional musical theater productions. His credits include Frozen, Into the Woods, The Little Mermaid, Mary Poppins, and many others
