Associate Conductor Serena Reuten leads this high energy concert full of ‘70s favorites.
OMAHA, Neb., September 29, 2026 – Associate Conductor Serena Reuten will lead the Omaha Symphony and local cover band PetRock in a one-night, nearly sold-out performance full of ‘70s hits on October 9 at the Holland Center at 7:30 p.m. PetRock will take the audience back to the era of smooth rock with music enhanced by the elegance of a full orchestra.
Get ready to “Take It Easy” and “Come Sail Away” on a groovy night with the Omaha Symphony and local ‘70s tribute band PetRock. Whether you’re “Reminiscing” or just discovering these classics, this concert proves the “Things We Do for Love” are worth it.
“We are excited to collaborate with PetRock again,” President and CEO Jennifer Boomgaarden Daoud said. “These talented musicians are well-loved in the community and within our organization. We look forward to sharing this incredible concert to an almost sold-out crowd!”
PetRock will be presented on Friday, October 9 at 7:30 p.m. Rehearsals will take place the week of the concert. Media is welcome to attend with prior notice.
