Conductor Earl Lee returns to Omaha to lead this program full of Romantic-era masterpieces. Piano phenom Janice Carissa guides the audience through Beethoven’s tuneful Fourth Piano Concerto, the last piano concerto Beethoven was able to perform himself. The Omaha Symphony brass shine in Sibelius’ popular Second Symphony, a self-described “confession of the soul.”
