“A compelling, sparkling virtuoso,” Michelle Cann takes the stage to perform Beethoven's iconic Piano Concerto No. 5, led by internationally recognized conductor Tito Muñoz. Then, be transported to the ballet for an orchestral version of one of Stravinsky’s most beloved works – Petrushka. Follow the tragic story of the puppet Petrushka as he vies for the love of the ballerina, depicted programmatically through Stravinsky’s signature use of colorful orchestration, Russian folk tones, and rhythmic ingenuity.
